Pricing
Pricing varies and will be determined based on hair length and density and the stylist’s level of experience.
We encourage all new clients to schedule a free consultation with our stylists in which they can determine the services needed for your results and give you a price quote.
Certain services will require a non-refundable deposit.
Before beginning each service your stylist will inform you of the price.
Payment will be collected in full upon completion of the service.
Cancellations
A valid credit card is required on file to book any services.
You’ll receive a text and/or email confirmation 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in which you can move or cancel it.
We ask that you give us at least a 24-hour notice if you need to move your appointment. Anything less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a charge of 50% of all the services that were booked.
No-shows and cancellations with less than a 2-hour notice are subject to a charge of 100% of all the services that were booked.
The only exceptions to our cancellation policy are sickness or emergencies.
Satisfaction & Refunds
We guarantee all of our work and want you to be completely satisfied in the result.
If there was a mistake made on our end, we offer free adjustments the first two weeks following the initial appointment.
Adjustments are only for mistakes on our end, not a change of your mind regarding the desired result.
We do not offer refunds on our services or products.
Hair products that are less than 75% used and returned within 30 days of purchase may be substituted for another hair product or store credit toward future product purchases.
Children
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 stay home unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
If a child accompanies you to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule.
We understand things come up, so if you need to reschedule because you have your child with you just let us know.
